Refund Policy
We want you to be genuinely happy with CoachDeck. If it doesn't save you time, you're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee: email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund, no hard feelings.
To request a refund, email hello@getcoachdeck.com from the address you purchased with. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Because CoachDeck is a digital product delivered instantly, this guarantee is offered voluntarily and in addition to — not instead of — any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer-protection laws of your country, which are not excluded or limited by this policy.
Terms of Service
By purchasing or using CoachDeck (the "Template"), you agree to these terms.
What you get. A single-user licence to use the Template in Notion for your own coaching business. You may customise it freely for your own use.
What you may not do. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or give away the Template or any substantial part of it, and you may not publish it as your own product or template, whether free or paid. The design, structure and content of the Template remain the intellectual property of CoachDeck.
Delivery. After purchase you receive a link to duplicate the Template into your own Notion workspace. You are responsible for having (or creating) a Notion account; a free account is sufficient.
No professional advice. CoachDeck is an organisational tool. It does not provide fitness, nutrition, medical, financial, or legal advice, and you are responsible for how you run your own coaching business and for complying with the laws that apply to it.
Warranty & liability. The Template is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Privacy Policy
We keep this simple and collect as little as possible.
What we collect. When you buy CoachDeck, our payment provider Lemon Squeezy (the merchant of record) collects the details needed to process your order and tax — such as your name, email and billing country. We receive your name and email to deliver the product and provide support. If you opt in to our email list, we store your email to send you updates; you can unsubscribe at any time.
What we don't do. We don't sell your data, and we don't store your card details — payment information is handled securely by Lemon Squeezy and its processors.
Your choices. You can ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@getcoachdeck.com. We handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
